I currently offer a base package which will include the minimum of what I think every business needs to be doing on social media to have an impact. My packages can have things added to them but can't have things removed because I want to make sure it's worth your time.

No, I do not film any content for the client. The client will film their own content and I will happily give content direction and inspiration where needed. The client can then send me all the raw content and I will happily edit for social media.

No, I don't offer logo design on it's own. The minimum I supply my clients with is my Mini Brand Identity because I believe your brand is more than just a logo and you can never build brand awareness with just a logo.

I work with clients all around the world. Time difference doesn't matter to me. We make it work! I am based in Spain but my clients are across Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Middle East.

I currently offer a 1:1 Coaching Call which is 1 hour long and can be used to discuss any topic you need across Social Media, Web Design, and Branding. I will also be launching 2 online courses in the near future for Social Media Management & Branding. I no longer offer weekly mentoring sessions.

No, the deposit for services such as Full Brand Identity and Web Design are not refundable. I also don't offer any refunds on my Digital Templates, Stock Images, Mini Brand Identity, Online Courses and the 1:1 Coaching Call. 

For Social Media Management, at least 1 month. For Full Brand Identity and Web Design I am currently booking 2 to 3 months in advance.

Firstly we will have a call so I can understand more about your business and who you serve. You then must have all website content such as images and text ready before our agreed start date. If this isn't supplied in time a restart fee will be charged.

For Social Media Management and Branding, no, unless you add extra onto the base package. For Web Design there will be extra costs such as website hosting, domain purchasing, web font licenses, stock imagery if needed, and additional app fees.

My speciality is Instagram and the platform I work with the most. Although I can also support across Pinterest and TikTok when needed.
