The Process

We begin with a Discovery Call to understand your goals, audience, and brand vision. Once aligned, your proposal and contract are shared, followed by a 50% deposit to secure your start date.

You’ll gain access to your Client Portal, where you’ll find your project timeline, questionnaire, and upload space for existing assets. This ensures we begin with clarity, organisation, and every element we need to design with precision.

02. Onboarding & Preparation

We map out your website’s framework and content flow, ensuring every page feels considered and intuitive. This stage defines your site’s architecture, how users move, what they feel, and how your brand communicates across each interaction.

03. Strategy & Structure

Your new website is brought to life through design-led development that reflects your brand identity at every detail. From layout and type hierarchy to transitions and interactive moments, every element is built for seamless cohesion across desktop and mobile.

04. Design & Development

You’ll review the full site design via your Client Portal, with two structured refinement rounds, one during design and one during development. This ensures your final site not only looks exceptional but performs with clarity and ease.

05. Review & Refinement

Your website is optimised, tested, and prepared for launch. You’ll receive your social launch graphics and a walkthrough to help you manage content updates confidently. Two weeks of post-launch support are provided for any final adjustments or guidance.

Over 6 to 8 weeks, we build a considered, strategic, and aesthetically refined website that translates your identity into a seamless online experience. To secure your project date, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is due one week before our design & strategy call.

What is the payment process?

You’ll receive two weeks of post-launch support for any adjustments, plus a full walkthrough so you can confidently manage your website moving forward.

What happens after the website launches?

Before your start date, we’ll collect brand assets, imagery, references, logins, and a short questionnaire. Once everything is submitted, my team handles the full build from design to optimisation.

What do you need from me before we start?

Yes, copywriting for up to six custom pages is included. The tone is developed to match your brand identity and guide your audience through a considered user journey.

Do you write the website copy?

The Website Experience takes 6–8 weeks, depending on the number of pages, integrations, and add-ons. You’ll receive a full timeline and project schedule before we begin.

How long does the process take?

The core structure of the Website Experience can’t be reduced or removed. It’s the minimum required to ensure your site performs, converts, and aligns with your brand. Add-ons (such as Shopify integration, blog setup, or additional pages) can be included if needed.
