You’ll learn why people connect emotionally before they ever understand what you do, and how to build a brand that feels aligned, recognisable, and intentional at every touchpoint.

By the end, you’ll know exactly how to define your brand’s feeling, strengthen it through small details, and show up in a way that makes people think “I don’t know what it is… but I love this.”

1. Define your brand feeling
• How do you want people to feel when they land on your brand?
Choose 1–2 emotions.

2. Define your voice
• Choose 3 words that describe how your brand sounds but enasure it aligns with the emotion you want people to feel.
 (e.g. direct, warm, confident)

3. Check your content
• Look at your last 3 posts
 Do they match the feeling you want?

4. Make one change
• What’s one thing you can adjust this week to strengthen your brand feeling?
