Using just a Pilates ball, this session blends slow, controlled strength work with those sneaky little pulses that light everything up. Expect low impact but seriously high reward -perfect for days when you want to feel strong and sculpted without stressing your joints. Abbey will guide you through each move with clear cues and plenty of encouragement so you can focus on form, breathe through the burn, and leave feeling grounded, toned, and a little bit taller.

Grab a Pilates ball (or a small cushion/rolled towel if you don’t have one) and follow along in real time.

  • Focus on slow, controlled movements and keep breathing through the burn.

  • After class, jot down how your body feels—stronger? more open?—so you can track your progress.

  • Save this video to your favourites and aim to repeat it 1–2 times a week for maximum sculpting results.
