In this grounding 25-minute Pilates flow, Abbey guides you through slow, stabilising movement to support your body during the luteal phase. This is your time to soften, regulate your nervous system, and build gentle strength without pushing beyond your capacity. Think steady pacing, deep breaths, and movements that help you feel anchored, supported, and balanced as your cycle naturally begins to wind down.
