  1. Grab Your Weights – Use light dumbbells (or even water bottles) and repeat this flow 2–3 times a week to build strength and definition in your upper body.
  2. Focus on Form – Keep your movements slow and controlled—feel the muscles engage rather than rushing through each rep.
  3. Post-Workout Check-In – Notice how your body feels after the session. Take a few deep breaths, stretch it out, and give yourself credit for showing up and moving with intention.
